This wicked fellow managed to possess the most powerful POWER TIE on Earth. He ruled his domain in ruthless fashion, until one day his reign came to an abrupt end. As his tie was destroyed, so was his power. He grew weaker and weaker, until one day he totally dissappeared... Almost sad, really.
