One of our Bravest Brides..Anna
Toes and Tulle!!!!
Anna came to us looking to order her entire Wedding Ensemble from us and we were so chuffed to be working with such an adventurous bride. Anna opted for a Bonzie Victorian Embroidered Blazer and our Signature Tea Stain Romantic Tulle Skirt. ( A really unique Vintage looking combination!)
I have to admit, I can only imagine how scary it was for Anna to be ordering her made to measure Wedding Gown over the Internet and from a designer based in Ireland ( Anna is based in the US) but one can only say that her bravery paid off and she looks an absolute vision in her finished look!
We hope both Anna and her new Hubby are very happy together!

Gals,
Ya know it never gets old opening an email from a happy bride who takes the time to stop by and share her wedding photos with us. Most of the time we send out packages worldwide and wave them off for good, but every now and again a sweet client will pay us a visit and share their magical day with us. It's an awesome feeling to see one of our boleros on a real life bride on the other side of the world!!! Nothing like that feeling. :)
Daniela is one such gal, who recently got in touch to share her magical day with us. We were absolutely delighted to see her pics in our inbox this week and it really took the edge off a tricky week. Stocking Up
Gals, We have been spending quite a bit of time away from cyberspace ( hence the tumbleweed sweeping through the blog!) and tucked up in our studios in a blast of productivity. We are currently building up stock for an exciting venture about to be revealed and it's important to put as much effort into getting enough products ready in time.
Pictured above is a sample of one of the new range of items that we are busy working on, we have a whole selection of these in various different colour schemes and sizes coming soon. ( Would be an ideal Xmas Gift if you knew any fashion forward buddies who like to stand out from the crowd!)

BONZIE ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We have been very busy over the last few weeks tweaking and developing our brand and one of the most obvious patterns that has emerged to us over the last few months is that our customers often go to our online store at http://www.bonzie.etsy.com/ only to find that it's full with mostly bridal wraps and shrugs, however.... Bonzie does a lot more than that and up until now those tattered couture designs have only been available to our local clients...until now that is!!

I couldn't get onto to blogger fast enough to share this gorgeous bride with you from the UK. Poppaea approached us some time ago to create a custom Victorian Inspired bolero to wear with her stunning Vintage style wedding ensemble.
Poppaea is a Costume Designer herself and ...wait for it......made her own gown!!! It's an absolute showstopper and we couldn't wait to get stuck into the bolero. ( Poppaea's Website)

What a whirlwind!
Gals, it's been so busy of late that we havn't had a moment to share any of our recent news with you all. So much has been happening with us and we are dying to share it with you all. Last Friday we collaborated on a shoot with Celeb photographer Lili Forberg and TV3 Stylist Laura Cunningham to shoot with the incredibly stunning and uber cool MTV presenter Laura Whitmore!
We found this shot on Lili's twitter page on Friday showing an up to the minute behind the scenes pic of the shoot on the day with Laura rocking her bonzie tail coat! We are so excited to see the resulting pictures and will be sure to share the pics when they are published. xxx

Client Corner ~ Sarah
Gals, Every now and again we receive pictures from all over the world by our clients and brides. We utterly gasped when Sarah sent us through her pics of her gorgeous wedding day in Italy. Sarah looks absolutely adorable, a bride straight from the pages of Italian Vogue if you ask me! I adore the vintage styling in Sarah's gown and her hubby looks equally 'dapper' in his tailoring.
Sarah opted for our Carina Long Sleeved Bolero in ivory raw silk to compliment her gown and we think she pulled off the entire look beautifully.
We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Sarah for inviting us to be a part of such a special day for her and we hope you guys both enjoy the journey of life together.
Thanks to Sarah for letting us peak into her wedding day celebrations, it always makes our day to receive wedding pics back!!!
