Outfit details:
White tank: thrifted, originally American Eagle
Green pants: Old Navy, remixed here, here, and here
Scarf: beach resort in Mexico, remixed
Sandals: Steve Madden Sarrahh
Where:
Work, home for lunch and errands, back to work
The sun is out, the windows are open, the trees have leafed (leaft? left?), and my cold is gone! Today was the most wonderful happy day. It's only a shame I had to spend most of it indoors. Ah, well, I'm planning lots of outdoor frolicking-type activities for the next few days, so all's well.
I do really love the colors and shapes of this outfit. I adore how baggy and forgiving all the fabrics are, and even though pairing a spaghetti-strap tank with an oversize scarf might seem crazy, it just feels so right. Oh, and have I mentioned how I love these sandals!
Man, have I ever jumped on the pegged pants bandwagon! I apparently just cannot stop! But something about this style is oddly freeing and summery to me, despite the fact that it cuts my leg at the most unflattering place and adds stump to my stumps. So I'm just gonna keep on peggin' away, until somebody comes and stops me! Go on, I dare ya!
