I felt very 1970s office-worker in this outfit (I also pulled some major inspiration for this from Katy at Kansas Couture - I do hope she approves!). The wool high-waisted pants, the silk tied scarf, the colors. I just felt so comfortable all day, and perfectly pulled together, which is such a great feeling. I feel like some outfits look good but don't feel right. Those are the outfits that seem to require constant adjusting and fidgeting. But this one wasn't like that. It was just easy, and polished, and fun.

I'm definitely super tired this week. I've been getting enough sleep and everything, but I've been working really hard. I'm not tired in an unhealthily exhausted kind of way, but just in that way that by the end of the day I'm worn out. Thinking all day is hard, people! But it does make weekends that much sweeter. I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend, even though my wild plans consist of setting up a budget, doing my taxes, knitting, and taking lots of naps. I'm pushing the envelope with that one, I know. Oh, I'll probably also bake some cookies. Wild child.
