For some reason (I think it's the boots tucked into skinny jeans and the overall black-grey palette) I feel very Sid Vicious today. I felt very embodied with the spirit of the dress-up gods.

We had one of our close friends spend the night last night, and the three of us stayed up late drinking wine, watching bad French movies, and talking about our travels. This meant, of course, that waking up this morning was nothing short of a drag. The smile in this picture is Forced with a capital F. This outfit is the best I could do on minimal sleep and partial hangover.

A common running theme in my outfits seems to be my attachment to my various accessories. With outfits like this one, the details are really what make it interesting, I think. I'm wearing this scarf again, and my orange/silver earrings. My t-shirt was a gift from the same college friend responsible for my earrings...she knows me so well! I love the design on it; so strange yet aesthetically pleasing. My favorite part of this ensemble, though, is the ring that my mom gave me. She lived in Greece in her junior high years and got it there/then. I just love it!
