I love this dress! And when I say it was on clearance, I mean it! There are little sashes that tie in the back, and one of the loops holding the sash in place was broken, so voila! $3.99!! Thank goodness for irrational markdowns.
It has been so hot in Chicago lately. Mid-nineties and humid as sin. So it's all sundresses and sandals from here on out, and I couldn't be happier...
