So I know that I've totally worn an outfit almost identical to this before. But as part of my attempt to breathe inspiration into my daily outfits, I've been looking back at outfits that I liked but wasn't completely happy with. Then, I try to find a way to alter it or change it in a way that I feel more confident about. I was a little afraid to try it, because if it failed my motivation would totally bottom out. However, I'm happy to report that I'm quite okay with this version. Losing the undershirt and adding a thicker, more patterned scarf/belt somehow transformed it from mediocre to awesome! Yay me!
Also, you might notice that I have a different cast now. It's now a splint, less bulky but a bit less protective than a cast. So I'm back to being nervous and over-protective again. Wish me luck at the readjustment!
